Wellington on a Plate has arrived at Concrete. Come eat, drink and enjoy Wellington’s favourite food festival before August 31.
Vodka, bergamot liqueur, t Leaf T white jasmine syrup, butterfly pea flower and cardamom malic acid, with dry ice that changes the colour and taste of the cocktail as you drink it. Accompanied by a multi-coloured macaron 25.
Spiced fried chicken with Korean-style BBQ sauce, kimchi and ‘buttermilk’ slaw in a Zaida’s sesame seed bun, with fries and chilli soy dipping sauce 25.
Vegetarian alternative: spiced tempeh patty.
